Dex, Head Chef
Combining brains with beauty, Dexton has helped to build Force from the very beginning. Combining his passion for high-quality food with a love for training new staff, he is truly a Force to be reckoned with!
Favourite drink: Oat-milk cappuccino
Gavin, Café Manager
Here since the start, Gavin has always worked to make Force a standout attraction in the Lakes, bringing new ideas and events to the cafe as it continually evolves. When he's not running around at work, he's usually running around the fells trying to set new records!
Favourite drink: Pea-milk turmeric latte
Noemi, Assistant Manager
Is Noemi the friendliest face in the Lakes? We certainly think so! Even if you visited two years ago, Noemi will remember you and probably know exactly what you ordered. She keeps the whole team on their toes and Force wouldn't be the same without her.
Favourite drink: Coconut-milk Dark Orange Hot Chocolate
Thomas, Chef Team
Thomas joined us from South Africa in 2023. Initially washing pots and helping with kitchen prep, he soon made it clear he wanted bigger and better things! Since then he's gone from strength to strength, with a keen eye for detail and a love for learning.
Favourite drink: Yorkshire Tea (2 sweeteners)
