Two Bobs and A.Hill : The Winter Bob Graham(s)

Records tumbled this winter on the famous Bob Graham Round. 

First, on December 6th, Arthur Hill set a new winter round record of 14hrs 54mins, eclipsing Gavin Dale’s previous best by three minutes in a frantic race for the line at Moot Hall.

Then, between December 27th-28th, James Gibson set a new overall record time of 42hrs 56mins for the Double Bob Graham Round AND became the first runner to complete two consecutive loops in winter. His new record beat that set by Caspian James in June last year by almost an hour.

Supported throughout by friends, family and the fell running community, both Arthur and James pushed themselves to the limit to break records and new ground this winter.
